RESOLUTION 64-127 AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF QUITCLAIM DEEDS BY THE CITY OF SANTA ANA WHEREAS, heretofore the owners of certain property at the southwest corner of Fairview Street and Warner Avenue dedicated to the City vehicular access rights to Fairview Street and Warner Avenue and the present owners have now requested access for driveways at said location which the City has determined to grant; and WHEREAS, the City is the owner of a small parcel of real property north of Watkins Way at the C-5-F Channel, which parcel has been declared to be surplus and of no further use to the City and it has been determined that said parcel should be quitclaimed to the owners of the adjacent land; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor and the Clerk of the Council are hereby authorized and directed to execute a deed quitclaiming IN SEVERALTY TO THE VARIOUS OWNERS OF THE UNDER- LYING FEE, AS THEIR RESPECTIVE INTERESTS MAY APPEAR OF RECORD vehicular access rights to Warner Avenue and Fairview Street; BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the Mayor and the Clerk of the Council are hereby authorized and directed to execute a deed quit- claiming to KATHERINE SHALL and FRRD RICHARD HAMMOND all of the City's interest in that certain parcel of real property north of Watkins Way at the C-5-F Channel described as: That portion of the Northwest Quarter (N.W.%) of Section 16, Township 5 South, Range 10 West, San Bernardino Base and Meridian described as follows: C~umencing at the intersection of the center lines of Sugar Avenue and Newhope Street as shown on a Map of Survey filed in Book 51, Page 35, Records of Survey in the Office of the County Recorder of Orange County, California, and running thence North 00° 40' 25" West along said center line of Newhope Street 766.00 feet; thence South 89° 30' 35" West 418.00 feet; thence South 0° 40' 25" East 86.00 feet; thence South 89° 30' 35" West 242.37 feet; thence South 00 40' 42" East 50.97 feet to the beginning of a tangent curve concave Northwesterly and having a radius of 101.00 feet, said point being the true point of beginning; thence Southerly and Westerly along said curve through a central angle of 90~ 11' 17", an arc distance of 158.98 feet to a tangent line; thence along said tangent line North 89~ 30' 35" East 101.32 feet to the intersection of the tangent lines of said curve; thence North 0° 40' 42" West 101.32 feet to the true point of beginning, and deliver the same to said owners. PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana at its regular meeting held on the 8th day of September, 1964. ATTEST: CLERK OF THE COUNCIL
