RESOLUTION 64-129 CERTIFYING TO THE CORRECTNESS OF TEE FZ 63-64 ANNUAL REPOi~ OF FUNDS EXPENDED UNDER THE PROVISI(~S OF THE COT.T.'~'.:~-UHRUH LO~AL TRANSP01~ATION DEVELOPMenT ACT the Collier-Un-~ Local Transportation Development Act provides that "Within 60 days following the close of each fiscal year each county~ city, or city and county shall file with the Depa-~t a report in a form prescribed by the Department and certified by the local governing bo~ sho~rlng its expenditures of funds during the preceding fiscal year pursuant to Sections 186.1 through 186.7."; and WHEREAS the attached report, compiled in the form prescribed by the Department frc~ records maintained by this City and show/rig expenditures during the 196B-64 fiscal year pursuant to Secticms 186.1 through 186.7 of the Streets and Highways Cede, has been examined by this Council, and is determf~ed to be factual; now I',u,u. at~FORE HE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of SantaAna hereby certifies the attached report to be a true record of expenditures by the C~y~u2"l~E the 1963-6~ fiscal year in conformauce with the requirements of the Collier-Unzmuh Local Trauspor'tattonDevelopment Act; s~id BE IT FURTHER R~0LVED that the Director of P~blic PASSl~ AHD ADOPTED 'by the City Co'o~ccil of the ~';~'~z,~,~ ofo~-~,; ~' ..... ~*a~. -'-~.~ its regular meeting held on the 8th day of September, 1964.
