RESOLUTION 64-133 OVERRULING THE ZONING <br />ADMINISTRATOR AND GRANTING A VARIANCE ON <br />APPLICATION NO. 1942 FILED BY SANTA ANA <br />SHOPPING CENTER, INC. TO REMOVE CONDITION <br />NO. (2a) FROM VARIANCE NO. 1892 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, after hearing on notice, the Zoning Administrator <br />DENIED a variance on Variance Application No. 1942, filed by SANTA <br />ANA SHOPPING CENTER, INC. to remove Condition (2a) fro~a the approval <br />of Variance No. 1892 requiring that a 45-foot easement fro~a center <br />line to property line be provided on Bristol Street; and Appeal <br />Application No. 130 was duly filed by the applicant bringing the <br />matter to the City Council; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council, after public hearing on notice, <br />has determined that said Variance Application meets the requirements <br />of Section 9250.8 of the Santa Aha Municipal Code, that the decision <br />of the Zoning Administrator should be overruled, and that said <br />Variance should be granted. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council of <br />the City of Santa Aha does hereby overrule the decision of the <br />Zoning Administrator and does hereby grant a variance on Variance <br />Application No. 1942 to remove Condition No. (2a) from the <br />conditions of approval of Variance No. 1892. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa <br />Ana at its regular meeting held on the 21st day of September, 1964. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br />SS <br /> <br /> I, DORIS M.
