RESOLUTION 64-138 AUTHORIZING AN AGREEM~-NT BETSFEE~ <br />THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AND THE COUNTY OF OP~ANGE FOR <br />THE RENDERING BY COUNTY'S DEPARTMENT OF REAL <br />PROPERTY SERVICES AS MAY BE REQUESTED BY TH~ CITY <br />AND AS LIMITED BY SAID AGREEMENT <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it has been mutually agreed between the City of <br />Santa Ana and the County of Orange, both of California, that <br />acquisition of certain real property by each party thereto is <br />necessary as a joint effort to provide for the necessary expansion <br />and development of the Civic Center area of said parties within <br />the City of Santa Ana; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the County of Orange maintains a Department of Real <br />Property Services which is adequately staffed with competent people <br />and has agreed that said Department will render to the City on its <br />request one or more of the following services: <br /> <br />(a) Acquisition services <br />(b) Title and escrow services <br />(c) Valuation services <br />(d) Property management services <br />(e) Right of way engineering services <br /> <br />payment therefor to be made by City as provided for in said agreement. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor and the Clerk <br />of the Council are hereby authorized and ~irected to execute for <br />and on behalf of said City that certain agreement making said <br />services available and to deliver the same to W. E. ST.
