RESOLUTION 64-139 AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A <br />QUITCLAIM DEED BY THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, heretofore the owners of certain real property <br />on the north side of McFadden Avenue, west of Grand Avenue, <br />dedicated to the City vehicular access rights at said location <br />and the present owners have now requested vehicular access rights <br />to said property from McFadden Avenue and the City has determined <br />to grant the same. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor and the <br />Clerk of the Council are hereby authorized and directed to execute <br />a deed quitclaiming IN SEVERALTY TO THE VARIOUS OWNERS OF THE <br />UNDERLYING FEE, AS THEIR RESPECTIVE INTERESTS MAY APPEAR OF RECORD <br />the real property in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, <br />State of California, described as: <br /> <br />Ail vehicular access rights to McFadden Avenue from the <br />Easterly 32.00 feet of the Westerly 49.00 feet of Lot 2 <br />in Tract NO. 4475 as said Tract is shown on a map <br />recorded in Book 171, pages 25 to 27, Miscellaneous Maps, <br />Records of Orange County, <br /> <br />and deliver the same to the Clerk of the Council. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa <br />Aha at its regular meeting held on the 21st day of September, 1964. <br /> <br />_~_T,.TES~T: <br />CL~ERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br />SS <br /> <br /> I, DORIS M.
