RESOLUTION 64-147 ACCEPTING DEEDS W}{ERE THE <br />CITY IS PAYING NO CASH CONSIDERATION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, MANUEL M. ORTIZ and MARY L. ORTIZ have delivered <br />to the City a deed dated September 28, 1964, granting an easement <br />for street purposes on the east side of Toland Street, north of <br />Kent Avenue; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, DOLORES E. PAULAUSKIS has delivered to the City a <br />deed dated August 26, 1964, granting an easement for street <br />purposes at t'he southeast corner of Fourth and Wright Streets; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, MARy YOUNG has delivered to the City a deed dated <br />September 18, 1964, conveying an easement for street purposes at <br />the northwest corner of Pacific Avenue and First Street; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, WAYNE GROSS and FAIRY F. GROSS have delivered to <br />the City a deed dated August 11, 1964, granting an easement for <br />street purposes on the west side of Grand Avenue, south of Sixth <br />Street; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, AGUSTIN R. GOMEZ and VALERIA B. GOMEZ have <br />delivered to the City a deed dated August 14, 1964, granting a <br />parcel of real property on the north side of Hazard Avenue, <br />approximately 600 feet west of Harbor Boulevard; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, LUPE LOZANO and ROSALIE LOZANO have delivered to <br />the City a deed dated August 7, 1964, g=anting an easement for <br />street purposes on the north side of Eighth Street, 135 feet east <br />of English Street; and <br /> <br /> ~S, JOE V. RIOS and GUADALUPE VASQUEZ DOCTOLERO have <br />delivered to the City a deed dated August 7, 1964, conveying an <br />easement for street purposes on the north side of Eighth Street, <br />90 feet east of English Street; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, GROVER THOMPSON and LILLIAN M. THOMPSON have <br />delivered to the City a deed dated September 23, 1964, granting <br />an easement for street purposes on the east side of Harbor <br />Boulevard, 700 feet north of Fifth Street; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, CLARA EDITH VOSE has delivered to the City a deed <br />dated September 24, 1964, granting an easement for street purposes <br />on the east side of Bristol Street, north of Santiago Creek; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, RANDALL PUBLISHING CO., INC., a California <br />corporation, has delivered to the City a deed dated September 16, <br />1964, granting easements for street purposes at the southeast <br />corner of Chestnut and Grand Avenues; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, all of said deeds are without cash consideration <br />being paid to said grantors by the City. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana <br />accepts said deeds and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated agent, <br />is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said deeds. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa <br />Ana at its regular meeting held on the 5th day of October, 1964. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br /> <br />
