RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION CONCERNING PARKING LIMITATIONS <br /> UNDER ORDINANCE NO. 10~0 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 4038 of the City Council of <br />the City of Santa Ana, dated the 1Sth day of January, 19§1, <br />pursuant to the provisions of the Vehicle Code of the State of <br />California, and pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 1030 <br />of the City of Santa Aha, entitled ~An Ordinance Regulating the <br />Use of Public Highways within said City", adopted April 6, 1936, <br />the City Council did declare that the following curb along the <br />public highway in the City of Santa Aha be painted Yellow as <br />provided in Subdivision "H" of Section 9 of said Ordinance <br />No. 1030, and the City Engineer was thereby directed to cause <br />said curb to be painted as above described on the following curb, <br />to-wit: <br /> <br /> BUSH STREET <br /> <br /> On the East side between First and Second Streets, <br />located as follows: <br /> <br /> The North 22 feet of the South 100 feet. <br /> <br /> AND, it is the desire of the City Council to abandon and <br />eliminate that certain loading zone as above described. <br /> <br /> Now~therefore, be it resolved that the foregoing loading <br />zone is hereby eliminated, and the City Engineer is hereby directed <br />to cause the paint on said curb to be removed or covered. <br /> <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of <br /> <br />Santa Ana, at its regular <br />day of February <br /> <br />ATTEST:c~ <br /> , <br /> <br />, 1951. <br /> <br />meeting held on the <br /> <br />the City of <br /> <br /> let <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br /> <br />
