Requested by Calvary Chumch. <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 40~8 <br /> <br /> RES0LUTION ESTABLISHING TIME LIMIT PARKING ZONE <br /> UNDER SECTION 9 OF ORDINANCE NO. 10~0 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That pursuant to the provisions of the Vehicle <br />Code of the State of California, and pursuant to the <br />provisions of Ordinance No. 10~0 of the City of Santa <br />Ana, entitled "An Ordinance of the City of Santa Aha <br />Regulating the use of Public Highways within said City", <br />adopted April 6, 1956, the City Council does hereby <br />declare that the following curb along a public highway <br />in the City of Santa Aha shall be painted green and shall <br />bea~ a legend in white letters thereon indicating that <br />the maximum time limit for parking shall be twenty (20) <br />minutes, as provided in Subdivision "F" of Section 9 <br />of said Ordinance No. 10~0, and the City Engineer is <br />hereby directed to cause said Curb to be painted as above <br />described, on the following curb, to-wit: <br /> <br />Streets, <br /> <br /> FRUIT STREET <br /> <br /> On the North side between Mortimer and French <br />located as follows: <br /> <br /> The West 41.5 feet of the East 107.5 feet. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the <br /> <br />City of Santa Ana at its regular meeting <br /> <br />held on the l~th . day of Februar~ , 1951. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> City Clerk <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br /> <br /> <br />
