Bus loading zone <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 4050 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION CONCERNING PARKING LINITATIONS <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA <br />ANA, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That pursuant to the provisions of the Vehicle <br />Code of the State of California, and pursuant to the pro- <br />visions of Ordinance No. 1030 of the City of Santa Ana, <br />entitled "An Ordinance of the City of Santa Aha Regulating <br />the Use of Public Highways Within said City", adopted <br />April 6, 1936, the City Council does hereby declare that <br />the following curb along a public highway in the City of <br />Santa Ana shall be painted Red as provided in Subdivision <br />"e" of Section 9 of said Ordinance No. 1030, and the City <br />Engineer is hereby directed to cause said curb to be <br />painted Red, as follows, to-wit: <br /> <br /> EAST THIRD STREET <br /> <br /> On the North side between Bush and Spurgeon <br /> <br />Streets, located as follows: <br /> The East ?$ feet. <br /> <br /> On the South side between Bush and Spurgeon <br />Streets, located as follows: <br /> <br /> The East 40.$ feet of the West 199.$ feet. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the <br />City of Santa Ana, at its regular meeting held on the <br />lSth day of February, l~B1. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> City Clerk <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br /> <br /> <br />
