RESOLUTION 64-156 AFFIRMING THE DECISION OF <br />THE PLANNING COMMISSION AND DENYING A VARIANCE <br />ON APPLICATION NO. 2005, FILED BY JAMES A. LUKENS <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED: That, based upon the Finding of Facts of <br />the Planning Commission, the City Council of the City of Santa <br />Ana hereby affirms the decision of the Planning Co~mnission, and <br />Appeal No. 138 on Variance Application No. 2005, filed by JAMES <br />A.
