RESOLUTION 64-158 OVERRULING THE DECISION OF <br />THE ZONING ADMINISTRATOR AND GRANTING A <br />VARIANCE ON APPLICATION NO. 2022 FILED BY <br />ADVANCE NEON SIGN CO., SUBJECT TO CONDITION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, after hearing on notice, the Zoning Administrator <br />DENIED a variance on Variance Application NO. 2022, filed by ADVANCE <br />NEON SIGN CO. for MONTE E. PETERS CHRYSLER DEALER to erect a free <br />standing advertising sign 44½ feet in height at 1017 West Seventeenth <br />Street, Santa Ana, California, in a C-1 District; and Appeal Appli- <br />cation No. 140 was duly filed by the applicant presenting the matter <br />to the City Council; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council, after public hearing, has determined <br />that all of the statute and ordinance requirements for the granting <br />of a variance are adequately met and that said variance should be <br />granted, subject to condition. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council does <br />hereby grant a variance on Variance Application No. 2022 to permit <br />the erection of a free standing advertising sign 44% feet in height <br />in a C-1 District; said variance is granted sub3ect to the following <br />condition: <br /> <br />1.
