RESOLUTION 64-165 AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />GRANT OF EASEMENT TO SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA <br />EDISON COMPANY ALONGAD~MS STREET RIGHT OF WAY, <br />WEST OF PACIFIC AVENUE <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA EDISON COMPANY has requested <br />an easement across City property along the southerly side of a <br />strip of land now delimited and planned as an east-west portion <br />of Adams Street for the purpose of installing electrical facilities <br />to a new school site, and the City agrees that such easement should <br />be granted to exist until said street is dedicated so as not to <br />delay the grantee or the school construction. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor and the <br />Clerk of the Council are hereby directed to execute a Grant of <br />Easement to SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA EDISON COMPANY conveying a right <br />in a 10-foot wide strip of land lying within Lot 9 of the Williams <br />Tract, as per map recorded in Book 30, page 14 of Deeds, in the <br />office of the Recorder of Los Angeles County, California, the same <br />being more particularly described in said Grant of Easement. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa <br />Ana at its regular meeting held on the 2nd day of November, 1964. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) SS <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br /> I, DORIS M.
