RESOLUTION 64-168 DENYING APPEAL ON APPLICA~'ION 147 <br />FILED BY B. W. A~D PATRICIA G. ROBINSON FROM VARIANCE <br />GRANTED BY THE ZONING ADMINISTRATOR ON APPLICATION <br />NO. 2031 FILED BY REHLCO DEVELOPERS, INC. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, after hearing on notice, the Zoning Administrator <br />granted a variance on Variance Application No. 3021, filed b~ <br />REHLCO DEVELOPERS, INC. to permit the construction of a 20-unit <br />apartraent complex at 1601 North King Street, Santa Ana, California, <br />in the C-1 and R-1 Districts; said Variance was granted subject to <br />certain applicable conditions; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Appeal Application No. 147 was duly filed by B. W. <br />and PATRICIA G. ROBINSON appealing the granting of said Variance <br />NO. 2031 by the Zoning A~inistrator and presenting the matter to <br />the City Council; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, after hearing, the City Council has determined that <br />all of the statute and ordinance requirements for the granting of a <br />variance are adequately met and that said Variance should be granted <br />subject to certain applicable conditions. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council does <br />hereby deny Appeal Application No. 147 and does hereby affirm the <br />decision of the Zoning Administrator to grant a variance on Variance <br />Application No. 2031, filed by REHLCO DEVELOPERS, INC. to permit <br />the construction of a 20&unit apartment complex at 1601 North King <br />Street, Santa Ana, California, in the C-1 and R-1 Districts; said <br />Variance is granted subject to applicable conditions, as follows: <br /> <br />1. That development be according to plot plan; except for minor <br />modifications approved by the Planning Department. <br /> <br />2. That all off-street parking be asphalt or concrete and be <br /> maintained. <br /> <br />3. %~at a six-foot high masonry wall be constructed along the <br /> east property line. <br /> <br />4. That this Variance conform to and be like V.A. $1839~ Revised <br /> Finding of Facts. <br /> <br />5. The following conditions are to be complied with prior to the <br /> issuance of a building permit: <br /> <br />That the subdivider's engineer furnish the Department of. <br />Public Works an on-site drainage flow plan showing the <br />direction and flow to adjacent streets When this property <br />is developed. <br /> <br />That the subdivider's engineer furnish the Department of <br />Public Works a final grading plan, including existing <br />elevations along the property lines. <br /> <br />Ce <br /> <br />That an easement be provided for King Street for a width <br />of 30 feet, center line to property line, for street <br />purposes. <br /> <br />NOTE: <br /> <br />Dedication shall be initiated by owner, through <br />the Department of Public Works, at least two <br />weeks prior to application for a building permit <br />to avoid, delay. <br /> <br />-1- <br /> <br /> <br />
