RESOLUTION 64-169 OVERRULING THE DECISION OF <br />THE PLANNING COMMISSION AND GRANTING A VARIANCE <br />ON APPLICATION 2020 FILED BY THE MEREDITH <br />COMPANY, SUBJECT TO CONDITION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, after hearing on notice, the Planning Commission <br />has DENIED a variance on Variance Application No. 2020, filed by <br />THE MEREDITH COMPANY, and Appeal Application No. 141 was duly <br />filed by said applicant presenting the matter before the City <br />Council; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council, after public hearing, has <br />determined that all of the statute and ordinance requirements <br />the granting of a variance are adequately met, and that said <br />Variance should be granted subject to condition. <br /> <br />for <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council does <br />hereby overrule the decision of the Planning Commission and does <br />hereby grant a variance on Variance Application NO. 2020 to permit <br />deviation from the R-4 procedure requirements for Tract 4000 <br />located on the south side of Santa Clara Avenue, between Wright <br />Street and Tustin Avenue, Santa Ana, California; said Variance <br />is granted subject to the condition that all of the conditions <br />and requirements of Tentative Tract 4000 be complied with. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa <br />Ana at its regular meeting held on the 16th day of November, 1964. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br />SS <br /> <br /> I, DORIS M.
