RESOLUTION 64-170 OVERRULING THE DECISION OF <br />THE PLANNING COMMISSION AND GRANTING VARIANCE <br />ON APPLICATION NO. 2014 FILED B~ THE MEREDITH <br />COMPANY <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, after public hearing on.notice, the Planning <br />Cor~mission has DENIED a variance on Variance Application No. 2014, <br />filed by THE MEREDITH COMPANY, and Appeal Application No. 142 was <br />duly filed by the applicant presenting the matter before the City <br />Council; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council, after hearing, has determined <br />that all of the statute and ordinance requirements for the granting <br />of a variance are adequately met and that said Variance should be <br />granted. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council does <br />hereby overrule the decision of the Planning C~m~ission and does <br />hereby grant a variance on Variance Application No. 2014, filed by <br />THE MEREDITH COMPANY to permit the reduction of the rear yard <br />setback requirements for Lots 52, 53, 55, 59, 60, 6, 15, 18, 36, <br />39, and 61, of Tract 4000 located south of Santa Clara Avenue, <br />between Wright Street and Tustin Avenue, Santa Aha, California. <br />Said Variance is granted sub3ect to the condition that all of the <br />conditions and requirements of Tentative Tract 4000 be complied <br />with. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa <br />Ana at its regular meeting held on the 16th day of November, 1964. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) SS <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br /> I, DORIS M.
