RESOLUTION 64-173 OVERRULING THE DECISION OF <br />THE PLANNING COMMISSION A/qD GRANTING A VARIANCE <br />ON APPLICATION NO. 2015 FILED BY THE MEREDITH <br />COMPANY <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission, after public hearing on <br />notice, has DENIED a variance on Variance Application 2015, filed <br />by THE MERRDITH COMPANY, and Appeal Application No. 145 was duly <br />filed by the applicant presenting the matter to the City Council; <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council, after hearing, has determined that <br />all of the statute and ordinance requirements for the granting of <br />a variance have been adequately met and that said variance should <br />be granted. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council does <br />hereby overrule the decision of the Planning Commission and does <br />hereby grant a variance on Variance Application No. 2015, filed ]~ by <br />T~E MEREDITH COMPANY, to permit a reduction of the side yard setback <br />requirements for Lots 17, 25 and 45 in Tract 4000 located south of <br />Santa Clara Avenue, between Wright Street and Tustin Avenue.
