RESOLUTION 64-176 AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A <br />QUITCLAIM DEED TO HODGES BUILDING CORPORATION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, heretofore owners of certain property located on <br />the north side of McFadden Avenue, west of Grand Avenue, dedicated <br />to the City of Santa Aha vehicular access rights to McFadden Avenue, <br />and the present owners have now requested access to said property <br />and the City has determined to grant the same. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor and the Clerk <br />of the Council are hereby authorized and directed to execute a deed <br />quitclaiming to HODGES BUILDING CORPORATION vehicular access rights <br />to McFadden Avenue over the east 32 feet of the west 49 feet of <br />Lot 2 of Tract 4475, recorded in Book 171, pages 25 to 27, inclusive, <br />of Miscellaneous Maps, Records of Orange County, California, and <br />deliver the same to said grantee. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa <br />Ana at its regular meeting held on the 16th day of November, 1964. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br />SS <br /> <br /> I, DORIS M.
