RESOLUTION 64-178 DECLARING INTENTION OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL TO CHANGE THE BOUNDARY LINES OF <br />WARDS AS REQUIRED BY THE CHARTER OF THE CITY <br />OF SANTA ANA AND FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE <br />OF PUBLIC HEARING THEREON <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Charter of the City of Santa Ana declares that <br />the City Council shall change Ward boundary~lines each two years <br />prior to the General Municipal Election. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council here- <br />by declares its intention to make changes in the boundary lines of <br />Wards in the City of Santa Ana. <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That 7:30 P.M. on the 7th day of <br />December, 1964, in the Council Chambers, City Hall, Third and Main <br />Streets, Santa Ana, California, is the time and place when and <br />where any person having any interest in, objection to, or suggestion <br />regardin~ the making of changes in Ward boundary lines may appear <br />before the City Council and be heard thereon. <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the Clerk of the Council is <br />directed to give notice of said hearing by publishing this <br />Resolution once a week for two weeks in the Register prior to <br />December 7th, 1964. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa <br />Ana at its regular meeting held on the 16th day of November, 1964. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA) <br />COUNTY OF OP~%/qGE ) SS <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br /> I, DORIS M.
