RESOL%F~ I ON NO. 6~-18q <br /> <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA, DECLARING <br />THE RESULT OF THE CANVASS OF ELECTION <br />RETURNS OF THE SPECIAL MUNICIPAL <br />TION NR.I.D NO~ 3, 196~. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this City Council by Ordinance No. ?5? <br />called a special bond election to be held in the City of <br />Santa Ana on November 3, 1964, and said bond election was <br />duly consolidated with the statewide general election held <br />upon the same date; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the city bond proposition voted upon at <br />said special bond election was as follows, to wit: <br /> <br /> CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />CIVIC CENTER LAND ACQUISI- <br />TION BONDS: Shall the <br />City of Santa Ana incur a <br />bonded indebtedness in the <br />principal sum of $2,400,000 <br />for the acquisition by said <br />city of a certain municipal <br />improvement, to wit: real <br />property for civic center <br />site purposes and for streets <br />in and about said site? <br /> <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, a copy of the record as entered on the <br />minutes of the Board of Supervisors of the County of Orange <br />showing the results of the canvass of the returns of said <br />special bond election and the absentee votes cast thereat, <br />has been duly received. <br /> <br /> <br />
