RESOLUTION 64-188 ACCEPTING DEEDS WHERE THE <br />CITY IS PAYING NO CASH CONSIDERATION <br /> <br /> W/4EREAS, VISTA PARK HOMES NUMBER 4 has delivered to the <br />City a deed dated November 10, 1964, conveying property for the <br />West Ditch, Myrtle Street to Monta Vista Avenue; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, NORMAN PULLIAM and ERLING JOHANSEN have delivered <br />to the City a deed dated November 24, 1964, conveying an easement <br />for street purposes on the east side of Fairview Street, south of <br />Westminster Avenue; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, CHURCH OF RELIGIOUS SCIENCE, a corporation, has <br />delivered to the City a deed dated November 11, 1964, conveying an <br />easement for street purposes 348 feet north of Westminster Avenue <br />on the west side of Fairview Street; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, ROBERT J. DeVEAU and CORILA M. DeVEAU have delivered <br />to the City a deed dated November 25, 1964, conveying an easement <br />for street purposes on the north side of Bolsa Avenue, east of <br />Bewley Street; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, JOSEPH P. CHIARELLO and THERESA R. CHIARELLO have <br />delivered to the City a deed dated November 13, 1964, conveying <br />an easement for street purposes on the north side of Bishop, east <br />of Shelton Street; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, all of said deeds are without cash consideration <br />being paid to said grantors by the City. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana <br />accepts said deeds and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated <br />agent, is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said <br />deeds. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa <br />Ana at its regular meeting held on the 7th day of December, 1964. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />~RIS M.
