The Board of Trustees of the ~ty of Sant~Ana, do ordain as follows:: Section 1. It shall be unlawfi~l for any Ferson or ~r- sons to be engaged in or carry on any public sleaking ulon any streets, sidewalks or alleys within the district of said city hereinafter d. escribad and the same shall be a S~otion ~. Section 3.
