RESOLUTION 64-192 OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA CONCURRING IN PROPOSED <br />REVISION OF FREEWAY AGREEMENT TO EFFECT <br />FRONTAGE ROAD TO DYER ROAD <br /> <br /> W/~EREAS, the County of Orange and the State of California <br />have heretofore entered into a Freeway Agreement dated October 31, <br />1962, relating to the portion of the Newport Freeway, State Highway <br />Road 07-0RA-55 between 0.25 mile south of proposed relocated <br />MacArthur Boulevard and 0.2 mile south of Warner Avenue (Delhi <br />Road); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Santa Ana did annex an area, a portion <br />of which, including a frontage road located easterly of the Newport <br />Freeway and southerly of Dyer Road, was covered by the aforesaid <br />Freeway Agreement; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, further engineering studies indicate that the <br />following revision is desirable, to wit: <br /> <br /> To realign and lengthen the aforesaid frontage raod as shown <br />on attached print labeled Exhibit "A", dated November 10, 1964, and <br />made a part hereof. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council of <br />the City of Santa Ana hereby concurs and approves the proposed <br />revision set forth hereinabove, it being understood that a revised <br />freeway agreement incorporating said revision is to be entered into <br />at some future date. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa <br />Ana at its regular meeting held on the 7th day of December, 1964. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br />SS <br /> <br /> I, DORIS M.
