RESOLUTION 64-193 AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT AND GRANT OF EASEMENT WITH THE <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA BY THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, an agreement has been reached under which the State <br />of California will grant to the City of Santa Ana an easement for <br />road purposes near First and McClay Streets and the instrument of <br />agreement and grant has been prepared by the State of California <br />and presented to bhe City for execution. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor is hereby <br />authorized and directed to execute that certain instrument entitled <br />AGREEmeNT AND GRANT OF EASemENT, designated in the upper right-hand <br />corner of the first page thereof as PAS - 104 10-8-63, between the <br />City and ~ne State of California for and on behalf of the City of <br />Santa Ana that the same may be returned to the State of California <br />for execution by them and return to the City. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa <br />Ana at its regular meeting held on the 7th day of December, 1964. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br />SS <br /> <br /> I, DORIS M.
