RESOLUTION 64-196 ADOPTING PRECISE STREET <br />ALIGb~EI~ OF BEAR-RAITT STREET BETWEEN <br />SUNFLOWER AND SEGERSTROM AVENUES AS SHOWN <br />ON EXHIBIT P.P.S.A. %9 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, after public hearing on notice, the Planning <br />Commission has recom~aended by their Resolution No. 5708 that a <br />precise street alignment be adopted; and <br /> <br /> WEEREAS, after public hearing before the City Council, on <br />notice as required by law, said Council has determined that the <br />recommended precise street alignment be adopted. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council <br />finds and determines that the public interest, necessity, con- <br />venience and general welfare require that a precise plan of align- <br />ment of Bear-Raitt Street, between Sunflower and Segerstrom Avenues, <br />be established and said Council hereby adopts the street alignment <br />plan of said street as shown on a detailed drawing entitled <br />"P.P.S.A. ~9 RAITT STREET ALIGNMENT SEGERSTROM AVE. TO SUNFLOWER <br />AVE."
