RESOLUTION 64-197 ACCEPTING DEEDS WHERE THE <br />CITY IS PAYING A CASH CONSIDERATION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, ALISO HOMES, INC., a corporation, has delivered <br />to the City a deed dated December 2, 1964, conveying two parcels <br />of real property for drainage purposes south of Bolsa Avenue, <br />west of Harbor Boulevard, in consideration of the payment of <br />$12,127.50; said transaction is to be handled through Escrow <br />No. 871247-hrb with First American Title Insurance & Trust Company, <br />Santa Ana, California; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, LOUIS D. TORRES and CARMEN TORRES have delivered <br />to the City a deed dated December 1, 1964, conveying real property <br />for drainage purposes east of Newhope Street, south of Bolsa Avenue, <br />in consideration of the payment of $29,000.00; said transaction is <br />to be handled through Escrow No. 869563-hrb with First American <br />Title Insurance & Trust Company, Santa Ana, California. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor is hereby <br />authorized to sign the Escrow instructions; that the City of Santa <br />Ana accepts said deeds, and Carl J.
