RESOLUTION 64-198 ACCEPTING DEEDS WHERE THE <br />CITY IS PAYING NO CASH CONSIDERATION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, CALVIN G. ROHRS has delivered to the City a deed <br />dated December 2, 1964, conveying easements for street purposes on <br />the west side of Grand Avenue, south of Santa Clara Avenue; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, RICHARD M. NISSON, as Executor of the Will of Edythe <br />M. Carson, Deceased, VIRGINIA E. NISSON and MARIAN T. GRAMENTINE <br />have delivered to the City a deed dated December 4, 1964, conveying <br />an underground domestic water easement west of Tustin Avenue, south <br />of Seventeenth Street; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, TUSFORD LAND CORPORATION, a California corporation, <br />has delivered to the City a deed dated November 20, 1964, conveying <br />its interest as leaseholder to an underground domestic water easement <br />west of Tustin Avenue, south of Seventeenth Street; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, CARL J. KLATT and LENA A. KLATT have delivered to <br />the City a deed dated December 4, 1964, conveying an underground <br />domestic water easement on the west of Tustin Avenue, south of <br />Seventeenth Street; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, ORANGE COUNTY FLOOD CONTROL DISTRICT, a body corporate <br />and politic, has delivered to the City a deed dated November 17, 1964, <br />granting an easement for street and highway purposes for Adams Street <br />at the Orange County Flood Control District Channel; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, all of said deeds are without cash consideration <br />being paid to said grantors by the City; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana <br />accepts said deeds and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated agent, <br />is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said deeds. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa <br />Ana at its regular meeting held on the 21st day of December, 1964. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br />SS <br /> <br /> I, DORIS M.
