RESOLUTION 65-3 ACCEPTING A DEED WHERE THE <br />CI~ IS PAYING NO CASH CONSIDERATION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, WILLIAM J. R. RICHARDSON, IVO RUTH RICHARDSON, <br />NEAL DOW MINTER, and ERNESTINE FAE HOOVER have delivered to the <br />City a deed dated November 9, 1964, conveying an eas~uent for <br />street purposes at the northeast corner of Bristol Street and <br />Memory Lane; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, said deed is without cash consideration being <br />paid to said grantors by the City. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa <br />Ana accepts said deed and Carl J.
