RESOLUTION 65-7 ACCEPTING DEEDS WHERE THE CITY <br />IS PAYING NO CASH CONSIDERATION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, MIALO L. STEPHENS and LUELLA M. STEPHENS have <br />delivered to the City a deed dated January 7, 1965, conveying an <br />easement ~or street purposes at the southeast corner o~ Euclid <br />and Hazard Avenue; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, BERNARD W. FLAGG, LILLIAN R. JARVIS, C. ROLAND FLAGG, <br />and ELMA F. FLAGG have delivered to the City a deed dated January %, <br />1965, conveying an easement for alley purposes south of Edinger Avenue, <br />west of Pacific Avenue; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, said deeds are without cash consideration being paid <br />to said grantors by the City of Santa Ana. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of.Santa Aha <br />accepts said deeds and Carl J.
