RESOLUTION 65-8 ACCEPTING DEEDS WHERE THE CITY
<br />IS PAYING A CASH CONSIDERATION
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, JOSEPH T~BURR and MILDRED T. TAMBURR have delivered
<br />to the City a deed dated December 15, 1964, conveying a parcel of
<br />real property located at the southwest corner of Baker and Eighth
<br />Streets in consideration of the payment of $21,000. Said transaction
<br />is to be handled through Escrow No. 52712-C with Security Title
<br />Insurance Company, Santa Aha, California; and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, LAWRENCE L. LOL~MAN and HARRIET T. LOLLMAN have
<br />delivered to the Ciuy a deed dated January 7, 1965, conveying a
<br />spandrel shaped parcel of land for street easement purposes at the
<br />northwest corner of Louise and Eighth Streets in consideration of
<br />the sum of $270.00 to be paid through Escrow No. 52762-C with Security
<br />Title Insurance Company, Santa Ana, California; and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, GRACE KOO and ANNA lYrE KOO have delivered to the
<br />City a deed dated January 7, 1965, conveying a spandrel shaped parcel
<br />of land for street easement purposes at the northeast corner of
<br />Louise and Eighth Streets in consideration of $245.00 to be paid
<br />through Escrow No. 52761-C with Security Title Insurance Company,
<br />Santa Ana, California; and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, CHARLES H. GUYOT and MARVINE GUYOT have delivered to
<br />the City a deed dated January 7, 1965, conveying a parcel of real
<br />property on the south side of Eighth Street, 100 feet east of Louise
<br />Street, and granting the City a temporary easement to allow the
<br />removal of improvements on said property; said t~aporary easement to
<br />terminate not later than December 20, 1965. Said-transaction is in
<br />consideration of $6,650.00 to be paid through Escrow No. 52709-C
<br />with Security Title Insurance Company, Santa Aha, California; and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, ~RY iJ~RGARET BATES has delivered to the City a deed
<br />dated January 6, 1965, conveying an easement for street purposes
<br />over a spandrel shaped parcel of land at the northeast corner of
<br />Baker and Eighth Streets in consideration of $240.00 to be paid
<br />through Escrow NO.52753-C with Security Title Insurance Company,
<br />Santa Aha, California; and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, EVIA G. PIPER has delivered to the City a deed dated
<br />December 15, 1964, conveying a parcel of real property on the south
<br />side of Eighth Street at Louise Street in consideration of the sum
<br />of $14,500.00 to be paid through Escrow NO.52707-C with Security
<br />Title Insurance Company, Santa Ana, California; and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, CORENA ~. SPELLMAN has delivered to the City a deed
<br />dated December 15, 1964, conveying a parcel of real property on the
<br />south side of Eighth Street, 85 feet west of Baker Street, in
<br />consideration of the sum of $14,000.00 to be paid through Escrow
<br />No. 52711-C with Security Title Insurance Company, Santa Aha,
<br />California; and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, WALTER BARKER~as delivered to the City a deed dated
<br />January 4, 1965, conveying a parcel of real property at the southeast
<br />corner of Bristol and Eighth Streets in consideration of the sum of
<br />$18,000.00 to be paid through Escrow NO.52757-C with Security Title
<br />Insurance Company, Santa Ana, California; and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, HENRIETTA M. CROWELL has delivered to the City a deed
<br />dated January 6, 1985, conveying an easement for street purposes at
<br />the northwest corner of Baker and Eighth Streets in consideration of
<br />the sum of $240.00 to be paid through Escrow No. 52759-C with
<br />Security Title Insurance Company, Santa Ana, California; and
