DETERMINE AND ORDER as follows: <br /> <br /> Section 1. Said hearing has been duly held, <br />and notice thereof has been duly given. <br /> <br /> Section 2. Except to the extent that the <br />assessment and diagram have been amended, altered, <br />modified and corrected, all protests and objections, <br />written and oral, if any, made or filed with respect to <br />said assessment, diagram and other matters heard by this <br />City Council, be and the same are hereby overruled and <br />denied. <br /> <br /> Section 3.
