RESOLUTION 65-15 MODIFYING CONDITION NO. 4 (a) <br />IMPOSED BY THE ZONING ADMINISTRATOR IN GRANTING <br />A VARIANCE ON APPLICATION NO. 2062 FILED BY <br />LAWRENCE L. AND LOUISE P. BARNETT <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, after public hearing on notice, the Zoning Adminis- <br />trator granted a variance on Variance Application No. 2062, filed <br />by LAWRENCE L. and LOUISE P. BARNETT, to allow the relocation of a <br />one-story single family residence at 3713 and 3729 West Hazard <br />AvenUe, Santa Ana, California, in a C-2 District, subject to certain <br />conditions; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Appeal Application No. 152 was duly filed by the <br />Planning Commission of the City of Santa Aha appealing Condition <br />No. 4 (a) as imposed by the Zoning Administrator in his approval of <br />Variance No. 2062; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, after public hearing on notice, the City Council <br />has determined that Condition NO. 4 (a) should be modified to read <br />as hereinbelow set out. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Findings made and <br />the conditions imposed by the ZOning Administrator are approved, <br />except that Condition No. 4 (a) of the Finding of Facts of the <br />Zoning Administrator on said Variance is hereby modified to read as <br />follows: <br /> <br />4. The following condition is to be complied with prior to issuance <br /> of utilities release by the Building Department: <br /> <br />That the owner place curb, gutter and sidewalk and pave <br />up to the edge of existing pavement on the easterly 50 feet <br />of the Hazard Avenue frontage. In addition, the City of <br />Santa Ana will provide the engineering data for the street <br />improvement, otherwise improvement will not be required. <br />The new curb and gutter to be placed 18 feet north of the <br />center of Hazard Avenue. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa <br />Ana at its regular meeting held on the 1st day of February, 1965. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) SS <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br /> I, DORIS M.
