RESOLUTION 65-18 ACCEPTING DEEDS WI~ERE THE
<br />CITY IS PAYING A CASH CONSIDERATION
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, DWIGHT H. ROBINSON and VADA F. ROBINSON have delivered
<br />to the City a deed dated Deceluber 15, 1964, conveying a parcel of
<br />real property on the south side of Eighth Street at Louise Street in
<br />consideration of t'he sum of $13,250.00 to be paid through Escrow
<br />No. 52708-C with Security Title Insurance Company, Santa Aha,
<br />California; and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, HELEN M. GILBERT and CALVIN M. GILBERT have delivered
<br />to the City a deed dated January 11, 1965, conveying a parcel of
<br />real property on the south side of Eighth Street, East of Bristol
<br />Street, and granting a temporary construction easement to said
<br />property; said transaction is in consideration of the sum of $3,855.00
<br />to be paid through Escrow No. 52705-C with Security Title Insurance
<br />Company, Santa Ana, California; and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, THOi~AS N. McMICHAEL and VIVIAN C. McMICHAEL have
<br />delivered to the City a deed dated December 15, 1964, conveying a
<br />parcel of real property on the south side of Eighth Street, 150 feet
<br />west of Baker Street, in consideration of the sum of $18,000.00 to
<br />be paid through Escrow No. 52710-C with Security Title Insurance
<br />Company, Santa Aha, California; and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, RONALD C. RODRIGUEZ, ABIGAIL RODRIGUEZ and I~ARIA G.
<br />DePARRA have delivered to the City a deed dated January 18, 1965,
<br />conveying an easement for street purposes at the southwest corner of
<br />Euclid Street and Hazard Avenue in consideration of the sum of
<br />$1,138.00 to be paid through Escrow No. 52804-C with Security Title
<br />Insurance Company, Santa Ana, California; and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, ERNEST P. MURPHY and I~ADELEINE ALSTON MURPHY have
<br />delivered to the City a deed dated January 18, 1965, conveying an
<br />easement for street purposes on the east side of Euclid Street,
<br />200 feet south of Hazard Avenue, in consideration of the sum of
<br />$375.00 to be paid through Escrow No. 52810-C with Security Title
<br />Insurance Company, Santa Ana, California; and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, NICKIE C. VASQUEZ, who acquired title as NICKIE C.
<br />MELENDEZ, also known as Nicolasa Melendez, has delivered to the City
<br />a deed dated January 15, 1965, conveying an easement for street
<br />purposes on the east side of Euclid Street, 230 feet south of Hazard
<br />Avenue, in consideration of the sum of $375J00 to be paid through
<br />Escrow NO. 52811-C with Security Title Insurance Company, Santa Aha,
<br />California; and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, I;~NUEL C. VALENCIA and LUPE J. VALENCIA have delivered
<br />to the City a deed dated January 15, 1965, conveying an easement for
<br />street purposes on the east side of Euclid Street, 260 feet south of
<br />Hazard Avenue, in consideration of the sum of $750.00 to be paid
<br />through Escrow No. 52~12-C with Security Title Insurance Company,
<br />Santa Ana, California; and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, LIDO SAUCEDO and IRENE SAUCEDO have delivered to the
<br />City a deed dated January 17, 19J5, conveying an easement for street
<br />purposes on the west side of Euclid Street, 330 feet south of Hazard
<br />Avenue, in consideration of the sum of $509.50 to be paid through
<br />Escrow No. 52806-C with Security Title Insurance Company, Santa Ana,
<br />California; and
<br />
<br /> ~'~HEREAS, JULIAN CASTANEDA and HE~LINDA CASTAEEDA have
<br />delivered to the City a deed dated January 15, 19~5, conveying an
<br />easement for street purposes on the west side of Euclid Street,
<br />~00 feet south of Hazard Avenue, in consideration of the sum of
<br />$550.00 to be paid through Escrow No. 52~09-C with Security Title
<br />Insurance Company, Santa Ana, California; and
