RESOLUTION 65-20 AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A <br />QUITCLAIM DEED TO J~4ES LUKENS WITH NO CASH <br />CONSIDERATION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, heretofore the owners of certain property located <br />at the southwest corner of Harwood Place and Standard Avenue dedicated <br />to the City vehicular access rights to Standard Avenue and the present <br />owner has now requested access rights at said location which the City <br />has determined should be granted; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor and the Clerk <br />of the Council are hereby authorized and directed to execute a deed <br />quitclaiming IN SEVERALTY TO THE VARIOUS OWNERS OF THE UNDERLYING <br />FEE, AS THEIR RESPECTIVE INTERESTS MAY APPEAR OF RECORD, all vehicular <br />access rights to Standard Avenue over the Southerly 30 feet of Lot 14, <br />Tract 3293, as shown on a map thereof, recorded in Book 104, pages <br />30 and 31, Miscellaneous ~aps, records of Orange County, California, <br />and deliver the same to JAMES LUKENS to whom this property is being <br />quitclaimed and to any other person who may appear of record as <br />having an interest therein. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa <br />Ana at its regular meeting held on the 1st day of February, 1965. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br />SS <br /> <br /> I, DORIS M.
