That the public interest and neces- <br />sity demand the acquisition and construction by said city <br />of a certain municipal improvement, to wit: <br /> <br /> CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />CIVIC CENTER LAND ACQUISITION <br />BONDS: Shall the City of <br />Santa Aha incur a bonded <br />indebtedness in the principal <br />sum of $ 2~400~ooo <br />for the acquisition by said <br />city of a certain municipal <br />improvement, to wit: real <br />property for civic center <br />site purposes and for streets <br />in and about said site? <br /> <br /> That the estimated cost of said municipal improve- <br /> <br />ment is $ 2,400,00o That said municipal imDrovement <br /> <br />requires an expenditure greater than the amount allowed for <br />it by the annual tax levy and is necessary and convenient <br />to carry out the objects, purposes and powers of said city. <br /> <br /> <br />
