Improvement Act providing for the acceptance of streets by saia <br />City of Santa Aha, not exceeding 30 ets.on each $100 of the <br />assessed value of all the real and personal property within such <br />municipality over and above the several sums to be raised as <br />provided by law. <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the total valuation of the taxable property <br />of the City of Santa Ana of $6,7g0,155.00 shall be used as a basis <br />for the levy of the taxes of the City of Santa Ana, California, and <br /> <br />said taxes shall be collected by <br />of the County of Orange,State of <br />in the same manner county levies <br /> <br />the assessor and tax collector <br />California, at the same time and <br />are made and collected. <br /> <br /> Section 2. That the rate of taxation for municipal purposes <br />and to pay the bonded indebtedness and interest ortho City of <br />Santa Aha for the current year 1917-1~ is fixed at __160 cents <br />on the taxable property of said City, and said ~mount of $10g, 482.96 <br />in the aggregate and rate sum of 160 cents on each $100.00 of <br />the ~axable property of said City is hereby levied upon all of the <br />taxable property as ascertained by the County Assessor and equalized <br />by the Board of Supervisors of Orange County, California, and which <br />said rate so fixed shall be apportioned among the various depart- <br />ments of said City, and placed in special funds to pay the current <br />expenses, bonded indebtedness, interest and other indebtedness of <br />said City falling due for the current fiscal year 191?-lg, and <br />other several sums to be raised as fixed and provided by law as <br />follows to-wit: <br /> <br /> For the General Fund 60 cents on each $100.00 of the tax- <br />able property of said City. <br /> <br /> For the Street Fund 27 cents on e~ch $100.00 of the taxable <br />property of said City. <br /> <br /> For the Library Fund ~ cents on each $100.00 of the tax- <br />able property of said City. <br /> <br /> For the Fire Fund 8 cents on each $100.00 of the tax- <br /> <br />able property of said City. <br /> <br /> For the Sewer Bonded Indebtedness Fund ~ cents on each <br />$100.00 of the taxable property of said City. <br /> <br /> For the Water Works Bonded Indebtedness Fund 19 cents <br /> <br />on each $100.00 of the taxable property of s~id City. <br /> <br /> For the City Hall Bonded Indebtedness Fund 2 cents on <br /> <br />each $100.00 of the <br /> <br /> For the Fire <br /> <br />each $100.00 of the <br /> <br /> For music <br /> <br />of said City. <br /> <br /> For parSs ,,,,1 <br /> <br />of said City. <br /> <br /> For advertising ~ <br />property of said City. <br /> <br />taxable property of said City. <br />Dept.
