RESOLUTION 65-31 ACCEPTING DEEDS WHERE THE CITY
<br />IS PAYING A CASH CONSIDERATION
<br />
<br /> W-HEREAS, CYRUS BUZZO and JESSIE BUZZO have delivered to the
<br />City a deed dated January 26, 1965, conveying an easement for street
<br />purposes on the west side of Euclid Street, 380 feet south of Hazard
<br />Avenue, in consideration of the payment of $425.00 through Escrow
<br />No. 52807-C with Security Title Insurance Company, Santa Aha,
<br />California; and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, JOHN W. FICKES and CATHERINE V. FICKES have delivered
<br />to the City a deed dated January 25, 1965, conveying an easement for
<br />street purposes on the west side of Euclid Street, 215 feet south of
<br />Hazard Avenue, in consideration of the payment of $240.00 through
<br />Escrow No. 52827-C with Security Title Insurance Company, Santa Ana,
<br />California; and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, JERRE H. LOCKE has delivered to the City a deed dated
<br />January 28, 1965, conveying an easement for street purposes on 'the
<br />west side of Euclid Street, 440 feet south of Hazard Avenue, in
<br />consideration of the pa~¥~ent of $425.00 through Escrow No. 52~2~-C
<br />with Securit~ Title Insurance Company, Santa Aha, California; and
<br />
<br /> ~rHEREAS, RAY24Ol{'D G. CAP~LAi~i and ER~ES'I'IL~E A. CAP~LAI~ have
<br />delivered to the City a deed dated January 7, 1965, conveying a
<br />parcel of real property at the southeast corrier of Eighth arid Baker
<br />Streets in consideration of the payment of $24,000.00 through
<br />Escrow ilo. 527~0-C with Security Title Insurance Company, Santa Ana,
<br />California; and
<br />
<br /> W~EREAS, PACIFIC Ii~ESTWENTS, LTD., a partnership, has
<br />delivered to the City a deed dated January 11, 1965, conveying a
<br />parcel of real property on the south side of Eighth Street, 133 feet
<br />east of Baker Street, in consideration of the pa~lent of $575.00
<br />through Escrow No. 527~2-C with Security Title Insurance Company,
<br />Santa Aha, California; and
<br />
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the >{ayor is hereby
<br />authorized to sign the Escrow instructions; that the City of Santa
<br />Ana accepts said deeds, and Carl J. 'lqaornton, the City's designated
<br />agent, is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said
<br />deeds.
