To vote against a proposition <br />stamp a cross (X) in the voting square at the right of the <br />word "NO' following the proposition to be voted upon. <br /> <br /> ALL MARKS E~CEPT THE CROSS (X) ARE FORBIDDEN. ALL <br />DISTINGUISHING MARES OR ERASURES ARE FORBIDDEN AND MAEE THE <br />BALLOT VOID.
