A polling place is hereby established in a~d for Special Election Precinct No.3, which polling place is at the huilding on West First Street, occupied by the City Water Works~ Plant, in the city o£ Santa Ana. A Board of Election is hereby appointed in and for Special Election Precinct No.3 to hold, conduct and make returns of said special election, consisting of two inspectors, two judges and two clerks, each of whom is and shall be a qualified elector in the said Special Election Precinct No.3 as follows: Inspector Inspector Judge Judge Clerk Clerk Claude H.Harlan Charles H.Pumphrey Frank Vegely Geo.W.Minter Mrs. Ethelyn B. Curtis Mrs. Agnes H.Hardy Special Election Precinct No.4 shall include and all embrace~that portion of the city of Santa Aha located within the following described bounderies: Beginning at the intersection ~f 5th and North Main Streets; thence west along the center line of West 5th Street to its intersection with North Broadway ; thence South along the center line of North Broadway to itc intersection with West let Street; thence South along the center line of South Broadway to its intersection with Fairview Avenue; thence west along the center line of Fairview Avenue to South Bristol Street; thence South on South Bristol Street to the city limits; thence South aud east along the city limits to South Main Street; thence north along the center line of South Main Street to the intersection of First Street; thence North along the center line of North Main Street to its intersection with 5th Street, the point of beginning. A polling place is hereby established in and for Special Election Precinct No.4, which polling place is the garage at the rear of No.402 South Main Street, in the city of Santa Aha. A Boamd of Election is hereby appointed in and for Special Election Precinct No.4 to hold, conduct and make returns of said Special Election, consisting of two inspectors, two judges and two clerks, each of whom is and shall be a quali- fied elector in the said special election precinct No.4 as follows: Inspector Horton M.Palmer Inspector Parks S.
