RESOLUTION 65-45 ACCEPTING DEEDS WHERE THE CITY
<br />IS PAYING NO CASH CONSIDERATION
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, NELLIE RUTH SEGERSTROM, HAROLD T. SEGERSTROM, HAROLD
<br />T. SEGERSTROM, JR., HENRY T. SEGERSTROM, VERONICA P. SEGERSTROM,
<br />YVONNE deC. SEGERSTROM, JEANETTE E. SEGERSTROM, ESTATE OF ANTON H.
<br />SEGERSTROM, DECEASED, by HENRY T. SEGERSTROM, CO-EXECUTOR, and
<br />NELLIE RUTH SEGERSTROM, CO-EXECUTOR, have delivered to the City a
<br />deed dated March 2, 1965, conveying an easement for street purposes
<br />on the east side of Fairview Street, 258 feet south of Warner Avenue;
<br />and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, IRVINE INDUSTRIAL COMPLEX, a California corporation,
<br />has delivered to the City a Grant of Easement dated February 26, 1965,
<br />conveying an easement for water main, laterals and appurtenances
<br />thereto along Pullman Avenue from Tract No. 5771 to Barranca Road;
<br />and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, ARTHUR E. NEEB and MARY H. NEEB have delivered to
<br />the City a deed dated February 24, 1965, conveying a parcel of land
<br />at the northwest corner of Anahurst Place and Main Street; and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, NEVA M. HERBERT has delivered to the City a deed
<br />dated February 24, 1965, conveying an easement for street purposes
<br />at the northwest corner of Eighth Street and Westwood Avenue; and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, W. E. WILLARDSON and VIOLET WILLARDSON have delivered
<br />to the City a deed dated February 27, 1965, conveying an easement
<br />for street purposes on the north side of Hazard Avenue, 430 feet
<br />west of Harbor Boulevard; and ~
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, LaVETA RUTH ADAMS, HAROLD JACKADAMS, WILLIAM M.
<br />TOWNSEND and HELEN M. TOWNSEND have delivered to the City a deed
<br />dated February 24, 1965, conveying access rights to Edinger Avenue
<br />on the north side, 510 feet west of Sullivan Street; and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, all of said deeds are without cash consideration being
<br />paid to said grantors by the City.
<br />
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana
<br />accepts said deeds and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated agent,
<br />is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said deeds.
<br />
<br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
<br />Ana at its regular meeting held on the 15th day of March, 1965.
