It shall be unlawful for any owner or occupant of any building orpremises to refuse or interfere with the entrance to any building or premises by the Chief of the Fire Department or any of his assistants for the said purposes. Section 9- Any person, firm or corporation or any employee, officer, agent or representative of any person, firm or corporation, violating ar~y provisions of this Ordinance shall be guilty of a mis- demeanor, and shall be punished by a fine not to exceed fifty dollars, or by imprisonment in the city Jail not to exceed 15 days, or by both such fine and imprisonment. Each day of violation of any of the provisions of this Ordinance shall be a separate offense. Section lO. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances tc the extent that the same conflict herewith are to that extent hereby repealed. Section ll The City Clerk shall cause thi~ Ordinance to be published three times in the "Santa Ana Daily Evening Register" a daily newspaper, printed, published and circulated in said City of Santa ~na, Califcrnla, and thirty days thereafter it shall take effect and be in force.
