272, The preceding section of streets as last enumerated shall not he used for parking purposes and no motor vehicle or other vehicle shall remain there for any longer period of time than is reasonably necessary to let off or take on passengerw and under no circumstan- ces remain there for & longer period of time than two minutes; that said portions of streets shall be indicated by diagrnm painted with red lines including the restriction at fire plugs, driveways, alleys skn,d all reservations shall be thus indicated. SeCtion 2. It shall be unlawful for any person operating or in charge of any automobile, motor vehicle or other vehicle to suffer or permit any such vehicle to stand or remain standing upon any other portion of the public street in the City of ~anta Aha, California, within the district above ~efined and in the m~uner above indicated and ewpecially provided for, otherwise than parallel to the curb and with the center of the tread of the £ire farther than 1~ inches from the face of the curb. Section 2~. That a diagram indicating the provisions of this Ordinance as to the parking of said cars and the restrictions therein contained as to reserved sections of those certain portions of the streets of the City of Santa Aha, California, covered under the pro- visions of this Ordinance~ is attached hereunto and made a part hereof and a copy of the same sh~all be posted and filed in the office of the City Marshal of the City of Banta Aha, California. Section 3. Any person or persons, firm or corporation, either by themselves, ~gent or employee, violating any of the provisions of this Ordinance shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and punished by a fine not exceeding,~.O0, or by imprisonment in the County J~l not exceeding 15 days ~i~-'~the discretion of the Court. Section 4. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with this Ordinance and to the extent that they:affect this Ordinan~ are to that extent hereby repealed. Section 5.
