RULE XII. <br /> <br /> The City reserves the right at any time to shut off the <br />water in their mains for the purpose of making repairs of ex- <br />tensions or for other purposes; and all persons havin~ Doilers <br />within their premises, not supplied with or by tanks or cistern~ <br />but dependingupon the pipes of the City Water Department to keep <br />them supplied, are hereby cautioned against danger of collapse. <br />RULE Fill. <br /> <br /> The right iv reserved, and it shall ce the du~y of said <br />City to amend, add to or revise these rule~l and regulations and <br />rates as experience may dictate. <br />RULE XIV. <br /> <br /> Water rates ~ill be charged for premises vacated, in eveSry <br />instance, until the City shall have been notified o.r the dis- <br />continuance of the use of water , and to turn the water off. <br />RULE XV. <br /> <br /> Any person, firm or copporation violating any of the <br />prSwisione of this Ordinance, shall be deemed guilty of a mis- <br />demeanor, and upon conviction in a court of competent jurisdi- <br />ction, shall be fined not more tha~ fifty dollars, or be impris- <br />oned in She City Jail not exceeding twenty-five days,kor by both <br />such fine and impr&sonment . <br />RULE XVI. <br /> <br /> All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with <br /> this Ordinance are hereby repealed. <br /> <br /> The City Clerk shallcertify to the passage and approval <br />of this Ordinance an] cause the same to be printed and published <br />three times in the Santa Aha Daily Evening Register, and there- <br />upon and thirty days thereafter , it shall take effect and be in <br />force. <br /> <br /> The above Ordinance was pa~sed and adopted and approved <br /> this l?th day of May, 192D, by the following vote to-wit: <br /> <br /> Greenleaf, and Mitchell. <br /> <br />AYES: Trustees Tubbs, Chapman, D ale, <br /> <br />NOEF: Trustees None. <br /> <br />Approved this 17th day of May, 1~20. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> J, G.
