'327 <br /> <br /> vote shall be counted against ratification thereof. <br /> <br /> If at said specisl election a majority of'the qualified <br /> voters voting thereon shall have voted in favor of ratifying the <br /> Charter, then the Charter prepared and proposed by the Board of <br /> fifteen Freeholders for the government of the city of Sents Aha shall <br /> <br /> be deemed to be, ~_nd shall be, ratified. <br /> Section 4. <br /> <br /> For the purpose of holding said special election the City of <br /> Santa Aha is hsreby subdivided into six (6) special election pre- <br /> cincts, and for that purpose the thirty-two (32) election precincts <br /> of Md in the City of S~nta Ana, heretofore established and now ex- <br /> isting, are hereOy consolidated into six (6) special election pre- <br /> cincts, provided that not exceeding six of said existing precincts <br /> -=re or shall be consolidated into one special election precinct. <br /> <br /> The six special election precincts so established are here- <br /> by numbered, consecutively, as Special Election Precincts Nos. <br /> 1-2-3-4-5-6. <br /> <br /> (1) Special election precinct No. I shall consist of and em- <br /> brace existing election precincts Nos. 1-2-3-4-29-31 and which are <br /> hereby consolidated for the p~pose of said special election. <br /> <br /> (2) Special election precinct No. 2 shall consist of and <br /> embrace existing election precincts No. 5-6-7-$-23-32, and which <br /> are hereby consolidated for the purpose of said specisl election. <br /> <br /> (3) Special election precinct No. 3 shall consist of ~md <br /> embrace existing election Frecincts Nos. ~-10-]1-12-30, and which <br /> are hereby consolidated for the purpose of said special election. <br /> <br /> (4) Special election precincts No. 4 shall consist of and <br /> embrace existing election precincts Nos. 15-16-17-26, and which <br /> are hereby consolidated for the ~urpose of s~id special election. <br /> <br /> (5) Special election precinct No. 5 shall consist of and <br />embrace existing election precincts Nos. 13-14-1g-27-25 and which <br />are hereby consolidated for the purpose of ssid special election. <br /> <br /> (6) Special election precinct No. 6 slall consist of and <br />embrace existing election precincts Nos. ]~-20-21-2~-2~-25, and <br />which~ ara hereby consolidsted for the purpose of said special <br />election. <br /> <br /> Section 5. <br /> <br /> A polling place is hereby established, and a board of elect- <br />ion to hold, conduct and make returns of ssid s~ecial election is <br />hereby appointed in and for each of said special election preciucts <br />the said Boards of election to consist of o~e Inspector, two judges <br />and Three Clerks, each of whom is an actual resident and qualified <br />elector of one of the precincts composing th~ said special elect- <br />ion precinct in and for which he or she is appointed, as follows: <br /> <br /> Special election Precinct ~o. 1 <br /> <br />Polling Place - Intermediate School Building. <br />Inspector Frank Ey <br />Judge S. ~i.
