A Board of Election is hereby appointed in and for <br />special election precinct No. 2 to consist of one inspector <br />two Judges, and three clerks, each of whom is an actual <br />resident of special election precinct No. 2 and a registered <br />qualified elector of one of the precincts of which special <br /> <br />election precinct No. 2 is composed, named as follows: <br /> <br /> Inspector William L. Grubb <br /> Judge Albert P. Dresser <br /> Judge Joseph S. Waeser <br /> Clerk Floyd H. ~itchell <br /> Clerk George H. Platt <br /> <br /> Clerk Howaxd C.
