A map, approved by the Board of Trustees of the city of Santa Ana, as the city council thereof, on the 1st day of November, 1922, by Hesolution No. 867, indicating by a boundary line shown on said map in green tint, the extent of the territory to be included in said assessment district, is hereby specifically referred to. It is ordered that said map be filed in the office of the Oity Engineer of the city of Santa Aha, aud be on file therein, before the Superintendent of Streets of Santa Ana sh~ll proceed with the publication and posting of the notic~ of public work, as hereinafter directed, and said map shall govern for all details as to the extent of the said assess- ~ent district. Section 4. The Street Superintendent shall cause to be consplouously posted along all streets and parts of streets, other public places, and rights of way, and along and upon any private unimproved property which is to be taken in the extension and opening as extended of McClay Street, at not more than 300 feet in distance apart, but not less than three in all, notices of the passage of this Ordlnance~ each said notice shall be headed - NOTICE OF PUBLIC WORK - - in letters not less than one inch in length and shall be in leguble characters, and state the fact and date of the passage of this Ordinance, and briefly describe the improve- ment proposed, and refer to this Ordinance of Intention for a description of the assessment district, and for further particulars. He shall also cause a notice similar in sub- stance to be published by two insertions in SANTA ANA DAI~Y EVENING REGISTER, a daily newspaper published and circulated in the city of Santa Ana, and hereby designated for that purpose. Abe notices shall be in the form arid contain the matters and be posted and p~blished as required and provided by law.
