'390 <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE N~I[BER 680. <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, ACCEPTING CERTAIN <br />STREETS THEREOF ON BEP~LF OF ~E SAID CITY AND FIXING AND <br />ESTABLISHING THE GRADE THEREOF. <br /> <br /> The Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Ana do <br /> <br />ordain as follows: <br /> Section 1. <br /> <br /> That open public street in the city of Santa Ana, <br />commonly known as and called French Street, is hereby <br />accepted as and declared to be an open public street of the <br />city of Santa Aha. <br /> <br /> The official grade of and upon French Street is here- <br />by fixed and established as follows: <br /> <br />T~e grade is stated at designated points upon and' <br />along the center line of French Street, and the elevations <br /> <br />given are for the top <br />along the center line <br />At the point of <br />tended center line of <br />of Washington Avenue, <br />,At the point of <br />ed line of Fourteenth <br />French Street, 140.75 <br /> <br />of the crown of the street upon and <br />thereof as follows: <br />intersection of the southerly ex- <br />French Street, with the center ~ine <br />139.64 feet. <br />intersection of the westerly extend- <br />Street, with the center line of <br />feet; <br /> <br /> At the point of intersection of the ~center line of <br />Fifteenth Street, with the center line of ~'rench Street, <br />141.80 feet. <br /> <br /> At the point of intersectto~ of the center line 'of <br /> Sixteenth Stree6 with the center ~ine of French Street, <br /> 142.80. feet. <br /> <br /> At the point of intersec61on of the westerly extended <br />'center Iine of Seventeenth Street With the center line of <br /> <br />French Street 148.0~ feet. <br /> Section 2. <br /> <br /> All of the elevations stated and given i~ this <br />Ordinance and which are hereinbefore fixed and established <br />as the ~rrade upon French Street, are based upon a datum <br />adopted an~ established by Ordinance No. 226 <br />Santa Ana, which datum plane is 124.888 feet <br />of a ~ench mark consisting of a dopper plate <br /> <br />located at the northwest corner of <br />city of Santa Ana, and marked "U. <br />SurVey B. ~." All said elevations <br /> <br />of the city of <br />below the center <br />fixed and <br /> <br />the City Hall of the <br />S. Coast and Geodetic <br />are express in feet <br /> <br />and hundredths of feet and are above datum plane. <br /> Section 3. <br /> <br /> At ~11 points on each street existing between the <br />consecutive'designated points where the elevati.ons are <br />stated and given, the grade on that street shall conform <br /> <br /> <br />
