366 proposed to be incurred is tc pay the p~oportionate part of the estimated cost of the construction of the joint outfall sever required to be paid by the city of Sancta Ana, as pro- vided for by the terms and provisions of a joint agreement authorizing and providing for the joint construction of a Joint outfall sewer by the city of Santa Aha and the city of Anaheim, municipal corporations, and in order tc furnish mud provide the city of Santa Aha with adequate facilities and means for the reception, treatment, and disposal of thc sewage accumulating in the city of Santa Aha, for the proper amnitation thereof. The cost of the joint outfall sewsr is estimated to be the sum of $240,000.00 arid thc proportionate part thereof to be paid by the city of Santa Aha is the s~um of $172,O00.00, and the amount of the principal of the indebtedness to be in- curred therefor by the city of Santa Aha is the sum of $172,000.00, which sum is and will be too g~eat to be p~id out of the ordinary aunual income and revenue of the city of Santa Aua. ~e maximum rate 'of interest to be paid on such in- debtedness is hereby fixed at five per cent per annum, payable semi-annually, which rate of interest shall not be exceeded in the issuance of bonds for such indebtedness. Section 2. It having been determinod and declared by Resolution No. 75~ of the city of Santa Aha, passed by the vote of two-thirds and more 0£ all the members of the Board of Trustees of said city, the legislative br~anch thereof, that the public interest mud also the public necessity demands the construction by the city of Santa Aha of a municipal improvement, being two main sewer pipelines other and different from the sewer pipeline described in Section I cf this Ordinance, and consisting of the acquisition of the necessary right of way upon which to construct a main sewer pipeline, extending southerly from West Fifth Street at a point thereon approximately 200 feet east of the' center line of Hawley Street, public streets in said city, to the southerly boundary line of the city of Santa Aha, a distance of approxi- mately 30~00 feet, thence southerly to the public highway known as Edinger Street; thence westerly to the public highway known as 01d Newport Roo~cl$ thence southwesterly to a Junction place at or near the termination of the public highway known as Delhi Road in 01d Not, port Road, a distance of approximately ~300 feet; also the acquisition of the necessary right of way upon which tc construct a main sewer pipeline, extending from the intersection of Edinger and South Bristol Streets south to the septic t~.k now constructed and existing on South
