Section 7 The Clerk of t?~e City of Santa Ana shall give notice of s~id special election by said notice i~] t_e Orange Daily ]~ew., a daily paper printed and p~blished in the City of Or~nFe, ~nd with- in Orange County where said territory is located and without the City of Santa Aaa for once each week for a period of four weeks next preceding the 20th day of February 192g, the date of said special election. Said notice s]all state that it Is proposed to incorporate t}e territory sought to be annexed as a part of the City of Santa Aaa and i~v_t~ the Electors residing within the said territory to vot$ upon said proposition by making their ballots either "For ;~.nnexa- tion" or "Egainst Annexation". In said notice ti~e territory sought to be ~nnexed shall be generall~ described in such manner as to apprise t~e voters of tYe particular land sought to be annexed and shall designate the voti~g precinct and the place at which t]e polls shall be opened, the name and office of ti e election officers heretobefore appointed and the date of said election. Section 8.
