At the point of ~ntersect~on of Washington Avenue w~th the ce~ter llne of ~iorth Hess ~treet 12V.80 feet. At the point of intersection of t?e cer~ter line of West Washington Avenue wfth the NortYerly extended center line of Van Hess Avenue 125.80 feet. At the poSnt cf fntersection of the center llne of ~est ~ash~ngton Avenue with the ~ortherly extfnded center line o~ North Patton Street 124.50 feet. At a point in the center line of ~est ~ash!ngton Avenue 2~ feet westerly from the point of intersection of the center line of ~est Uashlngton Avenue wfth the center llne of ~]orth Patton Street 122.80 feet. All of t~e center line of Nort!~ Flower elevations stated and given this Ordinance and which are hereinbefore fixed and estab- lished as ~he grade upon Owens Drive, Bac~an Drive, Fair-~ view Avenue and ~est Uash!ngton ~venue are based upon a datum plane adopted and established by Ordinance No. 5~! of the city of Santa Aaa, which datum plane is 124.288 feet below the Center of a bench mark consisting of a copper plate fixed and located in the Northwest corner of the C~ty Pall of the City of Lanta Aaa, and marked U. S. CoaSt and Geodetic S~vey B.~." All of said elevations are expressed in feet and hundredths of feet sad are above said datum plane. Section ~.
