TES IN THE CITY OF SANTA AN;., CALIFORNIA. The Boord of Trustees of the City of Santa Aha do ordain as follows, to-wit:- 1. That Ordinance No. V26 of the City of Ssnta Ant be amended to read ~s follows: The City of S~nta ~na shall charge and collect in advance for each tap and ~ttscb~ent made with its system of water works as follows: For each ~/8" or ~/~" service .............. $ 10.00 For each l" or l°l/A'' service .............. $ 1~.00 For each i 1/2" service .................... $ ZB.O0 For each 2" service ........................ ~ 68.00 Fo~ e~ch ~" service ........................ ~120.00 For each ~" service ........................ $18~.00 In addition to ~ove service charge, the City of S~nta ~-na will charge and collect in ~dva~ce, the cost of meter installed on all services larger than $/~" The monthly rates to be collected by the City of Santa Aha for water supolted from its water works, to consu- mers, shsll be as follows: METERS For each 8/8" x Z/4'~ meter for residence, the con- sumer shall pay a minimum monthly r~te of $2.00 for 1,O00 cubic feet, and 25 cents per 100 cubic feet for ail water used in excess thereof. Each person p~ying a minimum monthl rate of $2.50 for 1,O00 cubic feet of water for domestic use only, shsll be entitled to a' credit in water for the unused portion of 1,O00 feet so ~]lowed. The credit is accumalative and shall be carried forward from year to year? Credit is not transferable. All rates meter is installed, other than for domestic used where 5/8~' shall be $2.50 per month minimum, with n credits: provided however, that all persons or firms using lO0,O00 cubic feet of water within a year, shall be entitled to a discount of 25%.
